Joe Mama's began with a simple frustration: good wooden boards, bowls and tools deserve better than whatever happened to be in the cupboard. We wanted a range of finishes that were genuinely food-safe, made from ingredients we could pronounce, and that actually worked.

So we started blending our own — small batches of beeswax, food-grade mineral oil and carnauba — and kept refining until each one earned its place. The result is a tight range of waxes, oils and finishes for every job, from a beloved chopping board to a workshop full of hand tools.

Today Joe Mama's is hand-blended and packed in Cape Town. You'll find the full range exclusively at Power Tool Services.
